His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
