Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Lance would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Hunter.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
