Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This northern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull blue iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Kody began to lead the lost caravan. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this southern man wears dark leathers with embroidery. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. A true patriot, Lance would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Ideals: Athletic, Artistic, Persistence. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Military. Occupation: Detective

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has brown hair. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is content
