History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: Balimaar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gifted from a young age, Balimaar studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
