Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alex was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his father's many stories. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
