When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Painter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He has a missing right arm. He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears dull white sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has green eyes and a white hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
