Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he seems to be bored by most things

His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars, he is not a threatening figure. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Miles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and balancing his hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult
