Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His auburn hair is long and unkept. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His white hair is cut short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arnold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He takes great joy in being the best Servant in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Nicholas reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Servant responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy
