He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Dustin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
