History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
