Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'10". He tends to wear a pastel poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. He wears his chestnut hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears just a green suit. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
