Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is short and red. He is baby faced.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gilbert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born into a rich family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gilbert's homeland. Gilbert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a husky man, who dresses like a well dressed Sailor does. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His head has been shaved. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with black slacks. He has moderate length silver hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hunter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hunter. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends
