History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anselm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anselm. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Hunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
