History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by drow. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
