Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Theodoric took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is dressed in an above average manner. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a great chef.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: An older man who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it, he is not a threatening figure. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
