History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Hugh was born with his father's beautiful face. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.
