History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
