History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Arnold will drive conversation. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Arnold abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult
