History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: Everard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
