History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Tim took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
