History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a brown shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and blue pants. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bertram's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is greedy; and regain custody of his daughter

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Disease. Bonds: Religious, Immigrant, Enemies. Occupation: Mayor
