His father taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Layabout father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and green handkerchief worn on his right side. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
