History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He takes great joy in being the best Apothecary in town.

History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Carpenter soon after.
