However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Diggory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Laborer profession.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. Diggory was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
