Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear pastel pants and tee shirts. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Thomas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Thomas was born with his father's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: He stands about 5'2" and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
