His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is short and auburn. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has no hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This light-skinned male does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away
