History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
