History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Henry and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
