History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Painter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Lewis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Lewis was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Jeweler. He now owns his own business.
