Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Clerebold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: An older man who wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Rolf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a simple grey robe with blue stripes complete with hood. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
