Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Percival hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
