Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a brown vest and prefers blue and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Sellsword and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

Description: This malnourished man dresses in pastel turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with violet slacks. His white hair is still thick. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lewis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Human compassion.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has wavy silver hair. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
