History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hubert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now mingles about in high society.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
