He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the west to a Fisher, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: William is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born in the west. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Unemployed again.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
