Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often
