Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and carries hammers. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His ears are large.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
