History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
