Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: This eastern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his black hair down. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is very fat, and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Rolf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rolf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, and he perpetually has his hammer ready. His hair is red and curly. His ears are large.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He is a husky man, who usually wears his red robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
