Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of longswords, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born to a Miller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job.
