History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.
