Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
