Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
