History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. He has no hair. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Everard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
