Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his glaive. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Adelard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This malnourished man wears a worn and beaten armor. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and to unite with his brother

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'6" and wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a whip on his belt. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This malnourished man is wearing a long, blue cloak. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
