History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Frederick never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
