Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to open a new tavern

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.
Motivation: To be a Baker again; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born in the north to a Fortune-teller, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.
