He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gunter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This late middle aged man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes. and is in decent physical shape. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his small grey hat.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
