History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Ernest is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Ernest was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Kyle began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and retire the richest man in the east
