History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roland studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Diggory managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
