A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Mason soon after.
